Shipping within the USA
Customers will be charged a flat rate of $12.50 for shipping within the continental United States. Products will ship Via FedEx Ground.
Please allow 1-2 business days from the date of your order for processing and shipping. Please note we ship Monday through Friday only and orders placed over the weekend (after 3pm Mountain time on Fridays) will ship on the following Monday.
For our customers living in Canada, CoFi offers international shipping from the United States Postal Service. There is a flat rate of $22.50. The customer will be responsible for payment of duty and taxes.
In case you're not 100% satisfied we have a 30-Day Return Policy.
We guarantee all unused merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
What Else Do I Need to Know?
• You may return unused items for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them in.
• Your refund will include the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after CoFi Leathers has received and processed your returned item(s) through our return procedure.
• Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Once received, we will review to ensure the item is in the same condition as when it was purchased. We will either provide an exchange (if it is a sizing issue) or a refund if it is within 30 days of purchase. Please allow a few days (after we have received the return) for us to process the exchange or refund.
