CoFi is committed to providing our customers with unique, reliable products that last. Our goal is to create an ongoing relationship with you so that you can enjoy CoFi products for years to come.

Because CoFi uses genuine leather and every piece is hand crafted, every item will vary in leather character as well as pattern. Check the character and pattern of your leather thoroughly upon purchase.  If neither is to your liking, reach out to the merchant you bought it from within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or to receive a full refund.

 

Your leather will soften and continue to develop character through years of use, although all leather products require periodic care (see maintenance).  However, seams should stay strong and hardware and zippers should remain intact. Any failure in the seams or hardware within 1 year of purchase may be the result of a manufacturing defect. 

CoFi guarantees all products purchased directly from CoFi or through authorized channels by an authorized retailer are free of manufacturing defects. If you experience a failure in the seams or hardware within 1 year of purchase, send us a picture of the issue, and we will either repair or replace the product for you free of charge.

Our manufacturer’s warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidents. Some examples of what is not covered include:

  • Stains or color transfers from clothes or dye
  • Scratches, soiled spots, or marks from everyday use
  • Discoloration or dampness from storage
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage from adhesives
  • Exposure to chemicals or products with alcohol
  • Improper care
